The Centre Ice Rink at the Delaware State Fairground will host the college season's dramatic conclusion on President's Day weekend, February 12th-14th. No stranger to spotlights, the Fairgrounds & its Harrington Raceway & Casino offers dining, live music, bars (21+) and more!  MAP
