Note about Standings for 2023-24
In the 2023-24 season, Women's D2 will NOT use traditional conference standings to determine which top teams attend the 2024 playoff tournament. The ACHA W2 rankings will be used to determine the order of seeding for Women's DVCHC D2 playoffs.
D3 will take the top 4 teams to Playoffs.
