"Ainsley Rexford is an outstanding ice hockey player. She is the leading scorer on our team after just starting to play forward this season. She has stepped up to this new position and her presence is felt all over the ice. Ainsley never misses a game or practice-- she shows up to every event ready to give it her all. She has also stepped up as a leader on the team, being voted as captain and nominated to be the next President of the club. She is only a sophomore. Not only is she a true star on the ice, but the leadership and direction that she has given our team is invaluable. She is very organized which helped us have a successful season. Outside of ice hockey, Ainsley teaches spinning classes at Pottruck and is an engineering student. She puts the club first and is always promoting our club around campus and looking for ways to elevate the club."
